Cen-Tec has provided excellent customer support and has remained flexible in accommodating requests for evaluating suggested enhancements and changes to the software. They have also remained flexible in working with us to schedule updates during times that are least disruptive to our patrons. For minor software issues that require the vendor to be at the station to troubleshoot, they typically connect to the units remotely over the Internet. Responses for Help and Support are usually handled within the same day.
